Getting Started
- Your Webex administrator installs the Sunshine Service App through Webex Control Hub.
- Activate Webex Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for your organization, as Sunshine requires participant information to provide insights.
- Open the Apps panel during a Webex meeting to access Sunshine.
Pricing and Prerequisites
A valid Webex license and activated Webex PII are required.
Sunshine on Webex is currently free of charge. No additional subscriptions are required.
