Standup Alice is a bot that runs your asynchronous stand-up meetings. Results can be delivered to your Slack channels or emails.

• Scrum Master: Organize the daily standup. Remind team members to post their stand-up and collect stand-ups from team members • Customize daily standup question set. Select the best question set that is suitable for your team context • Deliver stand-up report to team members and management. Stand-up report can deliver to channels or emails • Multiple projects/multiple teams: Support for employees who work on multiple projects in different teams. • Multiple time zones: Remind and collect stand-up on participant time zones.

HOW TO START You need to add Standup Alice to a Webex space in order to get started. You can manually add standupalice@webex.bot to a space to invite Standup Alice. Once Standup Alice is invited to a space, a standup is created with default settings. You may need to update its settings by following the link that Standup Alice sends you.

COMMANDS In a space, Standup Alice supports following commands

• @Standup On: turn on standup on the space. • @Standup Pause: pause standup on the space. • @Standup Status: query current standup settings. • @Standup Help: need help
