To get started, contact SpinSci and we will create an account for you, send the build files that need to be loaded into Webex Contact Center and/or Webex Connect, and will setup a session to enable our solution. Email support@spinsci.com for product questions or sales@spinsci.com for sales.
The following are needed to enable solution: Paid Webex Contact Center licenses, paid licenses for SpinSci Patient Assist through Cisco CCW, and access to customer network where EHR is hosted via site to site VPN.
