Hotel Front Desk Agents and Call Center Operators are no longer required to manually log into separate systems to fulfill guest requests. Message Parallax Bot, “Set a 6 AM wakeup call for room 101,” and the request is automatically processed. Need to know if a housekeeper cleaned a room? Parallax Bot will even show you housekeeping room status without the need to log into your property management system (PMS).

You can start using Parallax Bot by adding parallax@webex.bot to a group space in Webex and @mention the bot with a "help" command to see the list of supported commands. You may also send commands in a direct message to parallax@webex.bot in Webex.
